Summary: My spouse and I stayed two evenings in John’s little guest house in an urban neighborhood with trees, yards, and sidewalks for walking and close to restaurants and stores. There is a "breezeway" that separates the guest space from the main house, so it does not share a wall. It has its own entrance and parking space. Everything was clean and in good working order, better than the photos.The inside is small for sure, but there is everything you need including a microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. You’ll find a small closet with shelves and a clean floor under a very comfortable queen bed to stow your stuff. The space is fine for a couple or great for one person. I spent the afternoon relaxing there while my spouse went to a museum. I’m a birdwatcher, and while sitting outside or through the window at the small desk inside, I enjoyed observing over a dozen species of Arizona birds in John’s backyard. That was an unexpected plus. Recommend for birders :-)
